Q. I have exemption from paying VAT (Value Added Tax) but your shop automatically adds it.

A. Regular orders placed through our online shop will have VAT added automatically. If you have documentation to support your exemption please fax it to us on +44(0)1952 565657 and we can arrange for your account to be modified so that all future orders are VAT zero rated

Q. When will all of the Galls and Dynamed products be added to your website

A. Galls and Dynamed items are being gradually added to the website in order of demand. Emergency Medical items are our top priority but other categories may follow dependant on our customer requirements.

Q. Why do my carriage charges not show up in the shopping cart

A. Orders which are to be delivered to the UK mainland (Not NI) will be delivered Free of Charge.

Items that are to be delivered 'Next Day' or to overseas countries will be priced at cost - the carriage charges for these orders will be emailed to you after the order has been placed. We will not charge your credit/debit card until you have approved these cariiage charges.

Q. I am experiencing problems when clicking on your checkout button.

A. Some customers (especially those in the NHS) have experienced problems placing online orders due to the way that their firewall has been configured. If you are experiencing these problems please call us free on 08000 112 999 where our customer service representatives will be pleased to take your order and honour any online discounts and Free Delivery

Q. Do I have to pay in £ pounds sterling?

A. Orders placed on this website are normally charged in £ (Sterling) and liable for UK income Tax (currently 17.5%).
